All customers must provide this information, failure to do so will mean a refund will not be given.  Unlock My Nokia takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone by entering the unlock code. If you enter your code incorrectly 4 times, do not attempt to re-enter your code again or it will be hard locked and you will need to contact a professional service centre.
